What are your contributions to the team?
- Support the strategic planning process of Bombardier’s Supply Chain organization by analyzing and structuring large datasets to generate actionable insights and identify continuous improvement opportunities for decision-making.
- Ensure Supply Chain overall strategy meets and supports Bombardier’s corporate strategy by translating complex data and trends into clear actionable recommendations.
- Deliver concise, data-driven materials and executive summaries.
- Lead cross-organizational reviews and drive strategic initiatives within Supply Chain strategy by consolidating inputs, synthesizing findings and highlighting key risks and opportunities.
- Communicate on a regular basis with key stakeholders on the progress of the projects under your responsibility.
- Develop and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders to support information-gathering, validate assumptions and enrich analysis.
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold an undergraduate degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline. A graduate or master’s degree in operations management would be an asset.
- Two (2) or more years of professional experience in a strategic environment in complex manufacturing industry would be an asset.
- You have strong research and analytical skills with a commitment to rigor and attention to details.
- You have knowledge of the aerospace industry and contracting processes (an asset).
- You have the ability to synthesize information and for presentating complex information.
- You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.
- You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment.
- You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff).
- You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities, and you demonstrate flexibility.
- You are able to meet tight deadlines.
- You can work with Power Bi, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are able to work in English and French on a daily basis.
- You are able to work on-site at one of our sites in Montreal at least two (2) days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy.
