What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead and manage strategic initiatives related to indirect procurement and supply chain optimization.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, performance tools, and reporting mechanisms to support leadership decision-making.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across departments such as Procurement, Logistics, IT, and Finance.
  • Support change management efforts for new tools, systems, and processes impacting supply chain operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced supplier relationships.
  • Design and develop executive-level strategy presentations that are high-impact
  • Acting as the lead for governance meeting preparation and follow-up to ensure that the department is following and achieving its KPIs and Master Plans
  • Coordinate and communicate the project status to stakeholders and upper management.
  • Recommend strategies that support company objectives; support ad-hoc requirements at department and team levels.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or an MBA degree or any equivalent degree
  • You have minimum 3 years of direct experience in a similar role as an Analyst; 5+ years preferred
  • You have proven ability to lead cross-functional projects
  • You have training or experience in Change Management (preferred)
  • You demonstrate leadership skills without having formal authority plus strong communication skills, capable of negotiating with, aligning and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the company
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills; you can work under minimum supervision in an extremely fast paced working environment
  • You are adaptable, curious, and effective at problem-solving
  • You have strong organization/time management skills; you deliver on your commitments
  • You demonstrate good analytical and synthesis skills; you can simplify and convey complex ideas both verbally and in writing
  • You can communicate effectively in both English and French on a daily basis
  • You have proficiency across the Office 365 suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and Power BI (preferred); knowledge of coding languages such as Python (asset)
  • You must be able to work on site at one of our Montreal facilities at least two days per week, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy
