Your Contributions to the Team

Our central Industrialization team develops and integrates the manufacturing strategy across Bombardier’s sites. The Analyst is responsible for growing manufacturing activities in the field of aircraft aerostructures. This individual identifies new business opportunities, builds strategic relationships with aerospace clients, and works closely with internal teams to deliver customized, innovative, and competitive manufacturing solutions. In this role, you will be expected to:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the aerostructures sector (metal or composite part fabrication, surface treatments, assembly, design, testing, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the aerospace industry.
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and project management teams to develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote Bombardier’s manufacturing services.
  • Conduct market and competitive analyses to guide development strategy.
  • Prepare presentations, service offers, and commercial proposals.
  • Contribute to achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives.

How to Thrive in This Role

  • You hold a degree in engineering, business administration, or strategy.
  • You have at least five (5) years of experience in business development or in procurement, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sector.
  • You have a solid understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and equipment, assembly methods, and aircraft components.
  • You are recognized for your informal leadership, and strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others.
  • You are able to work in both English and French on a daily basis. Proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
  • You are autonomous, innovative, and dynamic.
  • You are highly organized, results-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are able to travel circa 20% of the year, primarily across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.
