What are your contributions to the team?

 

  • Drive timely, impactful governance and visibility activities in support of Ethics and Compliance (E&C) objectives.
  • Ensure accurate and meaningful data is provided for senior leadership and board governance.
  • Support strategic planning and master planning for E&C.
  • Manage Ethics and Compliance budget planning, tracking, and related governance processes.
  • Coordinate submissions for third-party Ethics and Compliance certification programs, including gathering data and evidence from stakeholders across the organization. Create and manage action plans to drive improvements.
  • Continually develop and contribute to E&C Awareness and Development team cross-training for process continuity.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external training and awareness partners.
  • Take on special projects and initiatives as required.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business or an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA or other professional designation is an asset.
  • You have minimum five (5) years’ experience in project management and stakeholder management.
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
  • You have strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You possess creative, problem-solving capabilities and an ability to think strategically.
  • You are autonomous, rigorous and customer-focused
  • You have effective presentation and communication skills.
  • You are comfortable with using AI tools for data analysis and visualization (CoPilot, Power BI, etc)
  • You are results-oriented and have previously demonstrated both flexibility and creativity in your working style
  • You are proficient in English; French is an asset.
