What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate and prepare the overall governance of the Vice-President of Industrialization and Central Planning team;
- Develop and adjust with key stakeholders new governances structures, identify gaps and propose solutions to improve communication & information flow throughout the different levels;
- Implement & maintain the Bombardier Operations Excellence system by acting as a single point of contact supporting the initiative deployment within the organization;
- Manage and lead initiatives developing tools to increase efficiency & productivity by standardizing Balance Score Cards, Dashboards and KPIs supporting the day-to-day activities;
- Manage & build executive presentations for internal and external communications;
- Develop trusted relationships with key partners to ensure overall alignment, while optimizing the strategy and providing best practices for the organization.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in governance management and/or continuous improvement systems;
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or have experience in Administration, Engineering or Operations;
- You have the desire to improve the efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies;
- You are a highly organized individual and have the ability to plan, organize, prioritize and handle multiple time sensitive tasks in a dynamic global environment;
- You are able to develop and deliver presentations to different levels of management, including executive level;
- You have strong team leadership skills as well as solid analytical, planning and problem-solving abilities and like to think outside of the box;
- You are proficient in MS Office suite (O365 environment) - Power BI experience is an asset
- You are a good team player and highly reliable;
- You are driving for results and taking initiatives to achieve personal and team objectives;
- You have strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
