What are your contributions to the team?
• Structure 3–5 year strategic roadmaps aligned with operational and corporate priorities
• Identify transformation opportunities (processes, organization, tools, ways of working)
• Prepare executive presentations and develop clear, impactful strategic recommendations
• Structure and support BEO performance routines (DMM, PDCA, performance reviews)
• Analyze performance data to identify gaps, trends, and priorities
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, problem solving, standardization)
• Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and operational execution
• Coordinate stakeholders to drive execution
• Support decision-making through robust analysis and structured recommendations
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
• You have experience in operational excellence, strategy, or transformation
• You demonstrate strong strategic thinking and the ability to structure long-term plans
• You possess strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills
• You excel in executive communication and presentation development
• You are comfortable working in cross-functional and complex environments
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered a strong asset
• Lean / continuous improvement certification is an asset
