What are your contributions to the team?

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Strategy Analyst – Governance & Strategy to support enterprise priorities through structured analysis, governance discipline, and executive-level synthesis. This role helps connect strategic intent with operational execution by ensuring visibility, alignment, and follow-through on key initiatives.

 

You will work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to translate complex data, stakeholder inputs, and operational information into clear insights, recommendations, and decision-ready materials. You will also support governance forums, track progress against priorities, and help drive disciplined execution across strategic initiatives.

 

In your role, you will:

 

  • Support governance structures, including leadership reviews, steering committees, dashboards, and executive forums.
  • Track decisions, actions, risks, dependencies, and follow-ups to ensure discipline and timely execution.
  • Maintain a clear cadence of reporting and updates across strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct structured analysis to support strategic priorities, business reviews, and key leadership decisions.
  • Translate complex data, stakeholder inputs, and operational information into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing notes, and executive-ready materials for senior leadership.
  • Synthesize complex topics into concise, structured, and decision-ready messages.
  • Coordinate inputs and align stakeholders across functions such as Operations, Programs, Finance, HR, IT, and other business teams.
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, including milestones, deliverables, KPIs, risks, and dependencies.
  • Help structure workplans, timelines, action plans, owners, and follow-up mechanisms to ensure clear accountability.
  • Support business cases, impact assessments, scenario analysis, and prioritization exercises to inform leadership decisions.
  • Facilitate working sessions, reviews, and workshops to align stakeholders and drive progress.
  • Identify opportunities to standardize ways of working, leverage digital and AI-enabled tools, and scale best practices across teams.

How to thrive in this role?

As our ideal candidate,

 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Strategy, or a related field.
  • You have 2–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, governance, transformation, or a related role.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • You produce clear, concise, and decision-ready executive materials, including presentations and briefing notes.
  • You have excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for diverse internal audiences.
  • You are skilled at simplifying complex topics for non-technical and senior stakeholders.
  • You have strong stakeholder management, coordination, and influencing skills.
  • You are highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You bring structure, discipline, and follow-through to governance and execution.
  • You can connect the dots across functions, initiatives, and priorities while balancing strategic thinking with execution rigor.
  • You anticipate leadership needs and prepare proactively with clear, actionable updates and recommendations.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, PowerBI)
  • You are comfortable leveraging AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot.
  • Bilingual communication skills in French and English are essential in a cross-functional environment.
