What are your contributions to the team?
• Provide support and assistance to site’s financial reporting teams and our finance service center;
• Coordinate multiple teams to deliver the Quarterly Information Package that helps prepare the notes to the Financial Statements published externally;
• Prepare the notes to the Financial Statements and support the production of the quarterly and annual reports;
• Ensure the legal entities are reporting correctly and as intended;
• Provide support and assistance to the auditors and the tax department;
• Answer requests for information from various stakeholders and provide training as needed;
• Participate in development and implementation of new Finance IT system;
• Support ad hoc request and any other tasks.
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate,
• You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a professional designation CPA.
• You have a strong knowledge of IFRS.
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Knowledge of HFM (Oracle) or OneStream consolidation software and/or SAP would be considered an asset.
• You have excellent analytic skills, you are a team player, you demonstrate innovation, perseverance and engagement.
• You can work under pressure with tight deadlines.
• You are bilingual (English and French) both written and oral.
