In this role, you will act as a central integrator across Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, Programs, Operations, Aftermarket, Defense, Finance, and other core functions—enabling the organization to maximize supplier performance and unlock long‑term value.
This position is ideal for a seasoned professional with strong project leadership skills, deep cross‑functional experience, and a passion for driving organizational change within a complex aerospace environment.
In your role, you will …
• Serve as a strategic partner within the Supply Chain, Program Office & Engineering strategy and governance team, shaping the evolution of Bombardier’s SRM framework and deployment roadmap.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute enterprise‑level SRM initiatives, ensuring alignment with Bombardier’s strategic priorities, transformation milestones, and long‑term supplier strategy.
• Provide guidance and direction to cross‑functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Contracts, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, Finance, HR) to ensure successful execution of SRM deliverables.
• Own the governance cadence, including executive steering reviews, KPI updates, SRM dashboards, strategic reporting, and communication packages for senior leadership.
• Drive risk identification and mitigation, proactively resolving execution challenges and influencing stakeholders to remove barriers.
• Monitor project health, ensuring performance to schedule, quality of deliverables, and rigor in tracking gaps between planned and actual outcomes.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SRM processes, playbooks, templates, tools, and best practices, ensuring consistent adoption across the business.
• Facilitate strategic workshops, supplier‑facing engagements, training sessions, and change‑management activities to accelerate SRM adoption and maturity.
• Act as a change champion, fostering alignment, promoting SRM culture, and ensuring stakeholders understand roles, expectations, and value creation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Contracts, Commodity Teams, Quality, Programs, Aftermarket, and Logistics to integrate SRM into core operational workflows.
• Represent the SRM program in cross‑functional forums, influencing direction, sharing progress, and ensuring organizational readiness for future phases.
How to thrive in this role?
As our ideal candidate, you…
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree or PMP/PMI certification is an asset.
• Bring 5–8+ years of experience in project leadership, supplier management, procurement, operations, transformation, or strategy roles—preferably within aerospace or a similarly complex industry.
• Have demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, influence senior stakeholders, and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possess strong strategic thinking, structured problem‑solving skills, and a track record of delivering high‑impact results.
• Communicate with confidence at all organizational levels, with exceptional executive‑ready presentation skills.
• Are collaborative, customer‑focused, and able to create clarity and alignment across diverse teams.
• Thrive in an evolving environment and are driven by continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Are fluent in English and French is a must.
Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position. We’re not looking for the perfect candidate, we’re looking for great talent and passionate individuals.
