The Senior management of the Operations Team is seeking an Analyst Strategy and Governance to ensure follow-up of the operation’s strategic initiatives and key performance indicators. This role will allow you to work closely with the senior management team and to be involved in the implementation of the company's strategic initiatives. You will work in close collaboration with your analyst peers from the operational sites, consolidate information, influence quality and standardization of deliverables to prepare material for the senior management team.

What are your contributions to the team?
- Leadership in governance: Promote an effective governance within the vice-presidency of operations, by planning, coordinating and ssupporting key meetings and activities, including the management of the master plan and key performance indicators.
- Executive communication: Create clear and concise documentation and presentations for the operations management executive team.
- Guide and influence the management team by fostering alignment towards common strategic objectives.
- Collect and analyze multi-site and multifunctional data to support the development and implementation of strategies to build a strong and sustainable organization.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead or support the development of innovative tools and reports to improve data analysis and communication of results and strategic initiatives
How to thrive in this role?
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, Administration or related discipline. Master's degree in Strategy, Project Management, or MBA is an asset.
• Experience: 5 years or more of relevant experience in operations management or related discipline. Experience at Bombardier, in the business aircraft or aviation industries is preferred.
• Skills: Strong strategic thinking, project management, financial, and analytical skills. Assertive, results-oriented, and demonstrated leadership.
• Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing and aligning cross-functional stakeholders in a large organization and across multi-sites.
• Communication: Ability to synthesize and present complex information to executives. Discretion in handling highly confidential matters.
