What are your contributions to the team?
- Create and maintain standard governance packages;
- Analyze business reporting and perform root cause analysis;
- Control customer facing action registers and implement solutions;
- Participate in process improvement projects;
- Lead and participate in presentations;
- Collaborate with small project teams;
- Review detailed plans & metrics with senior management, as required;
- Interact with different hierarchical levels of Bombardier Aerospace;
- Prepare and lead communications based on the target audience;
- Prepare presentations on PowerPoint;
- Prepare the content that will be broadcast on televisions in the communication area;
- Prepare and participate in various events at the site and for Bombardier.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, administration or marketing or relevant experience of at least 5 years;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and English, written and spoken;
- You must have excellent knowledge of MS Office (Project, Visio, Excel and PowerPoint);
- You must know all the different functionalities of PowerPoint;
- You have excellent computer skills to operate word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, databases and, project management software;
- You have strong access database skills which is critical for you to assume responsibility of existing tools and create new tools judiciously (asset);
- You have knowledge of SAP (asset);
- You are a team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- You have a strong work ethic and are willing to take initiative;
- You know how to meet tight deadlines;
- You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment;
- You are able to work under pressure;
- You are flexible in your work hours;
- Some business travel will be required to support special project initiatives.
