What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support to the Vice-President of Bombardier Service Center.
  • Lead regular governance activities: Organize, coordinate, and facilitate recurring governance meetings and processes to ensure timely and impactful decision-making. 
  • Drive strategic planning: Support the annual strategic planning cycle by coordinating Bombardier’s corporate strategy and related initiatives, including cross-functional alignment and detailed action plans to achieve targets.
  • Enable growth: Contribute to special projects and business opportunities that advance the Aftermarket business and other strategic priorities.
  • Represent leadership: Act as a trusted representative of the Vice President, BAS in cross-functional forums, aligning priorities and providing subject matter expertise. 
  • Monitor and govern key initiatives: Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to create, track, and govern strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution excellence.
  • Deliver results: Manage timelines and quality standards to exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Design and develop : Prepare high-impact presentations that effectively communicate strategic messages to internal and external stakeholders

How to thrive in this role?

•    You have five to ten years of relevant work experience 
•    You hold a University degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or Project Management 
•    You have acquired an MBA or other professional designation (an asset) 
•    You possess creative, problem-solving capabilities and an ability to think strategically 
•    You are autonomous, rigorous, organized and quality-focused 
•    You are comfortable interacting/presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership 
•    You are customer-focused and thrive on teamwork and collaboration 
•    You work effectively with cross-functional teams 
•    You have strong business acumen and awareness of general market trends 
•    You have previous experience with governance processes, strategic planning and managing projects 
•    You are results oriented and have previously demonstrated both flexibility and creativity in your working style 
•    You have very strong communication and organizational skills 
•    You are an excellent listener and have an ability to impact and influence those around you.
