What are your contributions to the team?

  • Provide front-line support for the HSE Information Management System (Enablon). 
  • Coordinate system enhancement projects, maintenance activities, data imports, data cleanup initiatives, and ad hoc reporting requests. 
  • Gather and document business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions. 
  • Support solution implementation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment activities. 
  • Develop dashboards, reports, user guides, and training materials to support change management and adoption. 
  • Design and implement process improvements and data management solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-enabled tools. 
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the HSE SharePoint site and associated collaboration tools. 
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) using Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI. 
  • Analyze HSE data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable analytical solutions. 
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across HSE systems and reporting platforms. 
  • Automate and optimize reporting processes, performance tracking, and data workflows. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and recommendations. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • You have a minimum of five (3) years of experience as a Data Analyst. 
  • You have experience in business analysis, data analysis, business intelligence, or information management.
  • You have experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • You have experience supporting corporate systems and managing business requirements (considered an asset).
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex information.
  • You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • You have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • You are self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • You have experience with artificial intelligence tools, Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, or automation technologies (considered an asset).
