Change Management - Digital Learning Specialist
Joining the Business and Information Solutions: User Experience and Productivity (UXP) team positions you at the forefront of our organization’s transformation journey. Collaborating with diverse functions and stakeholders, you'll contribute to designing and implementing technological solutions that elevate the overall experience of our employees. Reporting to our IT Strategy and Change Management Leader, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective digital learning experiences that enhance the technical capabilities of our workforce while ensuring knowledge retention. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will work closely with IT leaders and subject matter experts to align learning objectives with change management strategies, ensuring the continuous development of technical skills for new and existing IT and digital transformation initiatives.
In your role, you will
• Collaborate with IT leaders and experts to assess training requirements and objectives for IT initiatives and projects.
• Create and deliver comprehensive training programs and materials, ensuring alignment with change management strategies and organizational goals.
• Produce dynamic and interactive learning experiences using different delivery methods, such as instructor-led training, workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
• Use instructional design to create content that is learner-centered and effective.
• Keep up with the latest IT trends and apply relevant tools to digital learning projects.
• Use other creative methods to improve the learning experience, including aspects such as accessibility, communication, and cost.
• Facilitate and support virtual training sessions and webinars.
• Develop metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of the learning programs.
• Align and share best practices with other learning communities within the organization.
As our ideal candidate
• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
• You have minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, Coaching, or Digital Learning.
• You are familiar with change management practices.
• You have a good understanding of the manufacturing business environment.
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and you are fluent in English and French. (Spanish is a plus).
• You are proficient in Microsoft O365 suite, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• You possess strong instructional design skills.
• You can balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• You are proactive and can work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
