In your role, you will

    Collaborate with IT project teams, stakeholders, and business sponsors to develop and deliver change management strategies and plans. 
    Identify potential change impacts and risks, evaluate readiness for change, and manage knowledge transfer to facilitate the transition of individuals and teams to a future state. 
    Create and execute plans to reduce resistance to change, improve communication, and ensure business and project alignment. 
    Create effective communication plans to keep audiences informed about upcoming changes.
    Nurture strategic relationships with key business sponsors, leaders, and employees. 
    Establish metrics to measure change success and effectiveness. 
    Generate reports and documentation related to change initiatives progress and status. 
    Coach IT project and business resources on change management practices. 
    Design and facilitate training programs
 

As our ideal candidate

    You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in organizational change management,
    You hold at minimum a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    You have an in-depth understanding of manufacturing business environment and related processes and of organizational / human issues associated with business process changes.
    You have a demonstrated track record in effective project management.
    You have change management experience with SAP projects/ experience partnering with IT teams
    You have a previous IT solution implementations experience
    You are fluent in French and English.
