What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will:
- Assist in managing the business performance of the Customer Account Management (CAM) team
- Coordinate governance activities by maintaining status reports, distributing meeting minutes, and action logs
- Chair and lead weekly project review meetings and track project progress and follow-up actions
- Manage the team’s Balanced Score Card and support the development and monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Develop and maintain a data tracking system to measure performance and report metrics
- Maintain metrics, identify trends and prepare monthly reports
- Create and maintain detailed action and project plans using performance data to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the Customer Account Management Team during aircraft launch activities, including preparing and validation of internal documentation and sales packages
- Manage the organization of sales documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organized document management
- Assist with customers and prospective client facility tours, providing detailed overview of the facility,
emphasizing manufacturing processes and operational capabilities
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including Interior Design, Program Management, Engineering, Contract Management and Sales
- Perform various administrative and coordination duties to support team when needed
- Assist the team with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and successful completion

Qualifications
As our ideal candidate,
- You possess an undergraduate university degree in a related field of study, such as aviation management, business administration, engineering or another substantially related field of endeavor;
- You have exceptional organizational and planning skills, have high attention for detail, and can set priorities in order to achieve important milestones;
- You have a keen interest in management;
- You are resourceful in finding information and solutions;
- You demonstrate solid project management skills;
- You are a team player and possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
- You are an active listener and have the ability to quickly summarize and effectively document the conclusion of a discussion;
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc);
- Knowledge of Power BI would be an asset;
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), French would be an asset.
