What are your contributions to the team?
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective program management.
- Develop and implement strategic plans for program governance and alignment with organizational goals.
- Track and report on operational performance, using metrics and KPIs to ensure objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational objectives are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identifying mitigating risks associated with strategic projects and initiatives ensuring that appropriate risk management protocols are in place.
- Providing regular updates and reports to senior leadership on the progress of strategic initiatives, including any challenges and opportunities that arise.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
- You have at least 10 years of experience in aerospace, with a focus on governance and strategy.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
- You have strong organizational and analytical skills with a good attention to detail.
- You have a passion and strong capacity for big data analytics using relevant technologies to automate, perform data transformation, build business intelligence, and improve analytical insights.
- You have ability for synthesis and for presentation of complex information.
- You have the ability to exercise full discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.
- You are able to multi-task under a highly demanding and continuously changing environment.
- You have the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization (from senior management to staff).
- You have a strong team spirit and leadership abilities and you demonstrate flexibility.
- You have a proven leadership skills with the ability manage 1-2 interns.
- You are able to meet tight deadlines.
- You are proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power Bi, Azure Data Studio, SQL, Database Management and MS Access.
- You have knowledge of Zendesk, AI, Microsoft Power Apps would be an asset.
