What are your contributions to the team?

• Work in a multidisciplinary team focused on solution development and data analysis;
• Execute projects roadmap and tasks prioritization;
• Participate in meetings of other teams to promote internal tools;
• Interact with different levels from the organization to ensure seamless integration of the provided solutions;
• Act as an ambassador for the proposed solutions in front of the organization;
• Provide feedback to team captured during meetings and presentations;
• Make sure that internal solutions are widely used within the community;
• Support users with their questions;
• Develop dashboards, coordinate communications and training during report deployments;
• Coordinate with other project organization;

How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or an equivalent experience;
• You have a minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience working in developing reports or dashboards;
• You master Microsoft Power BI application and its advanced components such as DAX, RLS, Data Modeling;
• You master tool development using Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Power Automate, with SharePoint;
• You have an intermediate knowledge in SQL database programming;
• You have demonstrated teamwork value, and drive for performance excellence while exhibiting a winning attitude;
• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build consensus without formal authority;
• You are organized, a good planner and problem solver;
• You have demonstrated leadership skills within a matrix organization;
• You are organized, autonomous and manage your time effectively;
• You must be fluent in English and French
