What are your contributions to the team?
CX Defense Support:
• Support the identification, assessment, and implementation of risk management strategies throughout the program lifecycle.
• Implement defense mechanisms to protect program integrity and ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and standards.
• Assist in preparing and conducting audits and evaluations to maintain program security and compliance.
Smart Services Program Governance:
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of governance processes and frameworks.
• Ensure the compliance with program deadlines and requirements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to programs to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align program objectives with overall organizational goals.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Create and maintain program status reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic updates and detailed reports for management (including Senior Leadership) and external partners.
• Document issues, resolutions, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
• Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding of program objectives.
• Support the coordination of meetings, reviews, and briefings with leadership, stakeholders, and partners.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and Finance teams to address defense and program concerns.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience :
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, management, business administration, or a related field.
• Have relevant experience in the business aviation or aviation sector.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Have solid knowledge of program governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Have the necessary skills to address obstacles in an objective and professional manner.
• Are recognized for your strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak, read, and write in the region's language.
• Have the ability to work in a team or independently when required with urgency and dynamism.
• Are autonomous, independent, and self-motivated.
• Have time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Have the necessary computer skills to learn and/or use word processing, spreadsheets, databases, emails, and web applications.
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
