This role focuses on producing high impact visual content, designing intuitive user interfaces, and building engaging digital experiences for different audiences across the company.

You will design attractive digital content, create modern UI layouts, and build visually engaging materials, including presentations, newsletters, email templates, internal sites, short videos and other multimedia assets, to support communication and training initiatives across different audiences in the company.

You will also apply UX principles, such as gathering user feedback, understanding user needs, and incorporating usability best practices, to ensure that every visual and interface you deliver is not only appealing but also intuitive and effective.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Create high quality graphic designs, illustrations, icons, infographics, banners, and digital assets tailored to various internal audiences.
  • Design modern, intuitive UI layouts, prototypes, and visual components for internal tools, systems, and applications.
  • Build, customize, and enhance internal sites, ensuring strong visual presentation, clear navigation, and optimized content structure.
  • Produce attractive digital content for communications, announcements, campaigns, and platform experiences across IT.
  • Translate technical or complex IT information into clear, engaging, visually driven materials.
  • Use UX fundamentals (user feedback, usability considerations, simple journey mapping) to support interface improvements where needed.
  • Create short videos or motion graphics to support communication and engagement strategies.
  • Work with change management, communications, digital learning, and project teams to deliver consistent visual content and timely multimedia that support transformation initiatives and training needs.
  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and contribute to corporate design standards.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have strong experience in graphic design and UI design.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • You excel in visual communication, layout, branding, color theory, typography, and digital composition.
  • You are skilled at simplifying complex ideas and transforming them into clear, engaging, and visually intuitive materials.
  • You produce high quality presentations with strong visual storytelling, clarity, and structure.
  • You can design and build SharePoint sites or are motivated to develop this capability.
  • You have excellent visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create content for diverse internal audiences.
  • Experience producing short videos or motion graphics is an asset.
  • You are collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn new design and UX tools.
  • You can translate ideas, requirements, and technical concepts into clean, modern, and visually compelling designs.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates high quality graphic design work with creativity, attention to detail, and refined execution.

Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!
