What are your contributions to the team?
In your role, you will be expected to:

Develop and implement a strategic energy management plan aligned with carbon neutrality objectives and ISO 50001 standards.

Conduct energy audits and assessments (ASHRAE Level 1 to 3) to identify opportunities for improvement and GHG reduction.

Collect, analyze, and monitor energy data to establish baselines and performance indicators.

Define and lead energy improvement projects (process optimization, heat recovery, HVAC systems, etc.).

Implement and administer an Energy Management System (EnMS) for effective, real-time monitoring.

Prepare and submit grant applications (Hydro‑Québec, Énergir, ÉcoPerformance).

Raise awareness and provide training to staff on best energy practices.

Track and present results (energy savings, GHG reduction, ROI) to stakeholders and management.
How to thrive in this role?
- Valid engineering license (P.Eng.) and CEM or CET certification.
- 4 to 5 years of experience in energy audits, energy efficiency projects, and the management of complex systems.
- Advanced knowledge of energy management systems, HVAC technologies, and industrial optimization.
- Project management skills (planning, multisite coordination).
- Proficiency with digital tools (EMS, IoT, automation systems).
- Knowledge of energy incentive programs (Hydro‑Québec, Énergir).
- French required; professional proficiency in English.
