- Develop and implement condition monitoring rules for key Bombardier systems, including environmental controls, avionics, hydraulics, and powerplants.
- Collaborate with Bombardier’s engineering and reliability teams to define predictive maintenance strategies that align with regulatory standards and OEM best practices.
- Continuously refine predictive algorithms to improve accuracy and reduce unscheduled maintenance events.
- Partner with Bombardier operators and Service Centers to integrate condition monitoring results into maintenance planning.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and provide recommendations for corrective actions based on predictive insights.
- Advocate for the adoption of Bombardier’s predictive maintenance solutions through training, workshops, and detailed user guides.
- Act as the technical interface between Bombardier’s engineering teams, maintenance personnel, and airline customers.
- Provide real-time technical support to resolve in-service issues, using predictive maintenance data to proactively address potential failures.
- Collaborate with design engineering teams to recommend and implement product improvements based on predictive insights.
- Represent Bombardier in reliability working groups and customer technical review meetings to communicate maintenance strategies and solutions.
