What are your contributions to the team?

We are seeking a highly driven and customer-focused Senior Customer Account Manager to lead operational excellence for our digital product. This role serves as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, high customer satisfaction, and strong commercial performance.

You will oversee customer accounts end-to-end, mentor and guide a Business Analyst Intern, and act as a trusted advisor to clients—balancing relationship management with executional rigor across CRM operations, billing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly
- Conduct regular business reviews and proactively identify opportunities for value creation

Operational Account Ownership
- Own day-to-day customer operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Manage and optimize CRM workflows
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to SLAs

Customer Training & Enablement
- Lead onboarding and ongoing customer training sessions
- Develop training materials and best practices
- Ensure customers maximize product value

Billing & Commercial Accountability
- Own billing accuracy and transparency
- Partner with finance teams on invoicing and disputes
- Support renewals and upsell opportunities

Customer Satisfaction & Performance
- Be accountable for customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT, NPS)
- Identify retention risks and mitigate proactively
- Track account health and engagement

Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor and guide a Business Analyst Intern
- Delegate tasks and ensure quality delivery
- Foster a customer-centric culture

How to thrive in this role?

- You have 5–10+ years in customer account management in aerospace or similar roles
- You have  experience with digital products great asset
- You have strong CRM knowledge
- You have experience managing billing and contracts

This role requires a combination of office-based work and hands-on in office collaboration with Bombardier’s engineering teams, Service Centers, and customers. Occasional travel to Bombardier Service Centers, customer sites, or industry events may be required.
