What are your contributions to the team?

In your role with the Customer service team, you will be responsible for:

  • Several aircraft systems of the Challenger 600 and 300 series.
  • Monitor assigned systems reliability, recognize problems, and propose corrective actions.
  • Produce / validate technical documents for internal and externals customers (service bulletins, presentations, troubleshooting plans, etc.).
  • Technical support to internal and external customers.
  • Interface with several internal departments (production, engineering, airworthiness, etc.) to produce your deliverables.

How to thrive in this role?

The ideal candidate meets these requirements:

  • College diploma in aircraft avionic with expertise on the electrical systems or university degree in electrical engineering.
  • Good general knowledge of aircraft electrical and mechanical systems (hydraulic, flight control, landing gear, doors, etc.).
  • At least five (5) years of hands-on and relevant experience in aerospace.
  • Experience on the Global Express and Challenger aircraft series is a considerable asset.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Good English and French communication (written / spoken) skills.
  • Must be a team player, customer focused and shows initiative. Support from time to time internal and external customer requests outside regular office hours.
  • Must be available to travel sometimes under short notice.
