What are your contributions to the team?

  • Provide technical support on Global/Challenger structural topics to internal and external customers.
  • Issue and manage engineering change requests for in‑service issues, working collaboratively with Engineering and the Program Office throughout the review and approval process.
  • Monitor fleet performance to identify reliability and technical issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities in response to fleet operators’ technical inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations related to assigned responsibilities and findings.
  • Write technical publications, including articles and Advisory Wires, to inform and support the operator community.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have at least five (5) years of experience in the aviation industry.
  • You hold a college diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or a university degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • You have sound knowledge of aircraft structures; experience with Global and/or Challenger aircraft is considered an asset.
  • You are proficient with computers and familiar with MS Office applications.
  • You are a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues and customers, and demonstrate a positive, proactive, results‑oriented attitude.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • You are willing to maintain 24/7 phone availability and travel occasionally on short notice.
