What are your contributions to the team?
The Entry Into Service (EIS) Coordinator plays a central role in delivering an exceptional customer experience during the entry into service of a new aircraft. Acting as a key liaison between the customer and internal stakeholders, the EIS Coordinator ensures that customer requirements are clearly understood, expectations are managed effectively, and all readiness activities stay on track leading up to aircraft delivery.
In your role, you will:
- Act as the primary customer contact throughout the EIS process.
- Conduct requirement‑gathering calls to assess customer needs and timelines.
- Manage entitlements related to EIS Pilot and Technical Familiarization.
- Meet with customers at delivery to ensure a smooth and professional experience.
- Track skyline readiness and monitor delivery‑related milestones.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on customer requirements.
- Ensure timely documentation flow to support EIS Pilot activities.
- Prepare reports on EIS status and progress.
- Maintain accurate and organized delivery files.
- Suggest improvements to documentation or workflow.
How to thrive in this role?
Success in this role comes from building strong internal relationships, maintaining excellent communication with customers, and coordinating cross-functional contributions to support a smooth, professional, and customer‑focused delivery process.
- You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in customer service, project coordination, or similar roles.
- Experience in the aerospace industry is preferred.
- Experience in customer‑facing coordination roles is preferred.
- You have strong communication and customer expectation‑management skills.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft programs (Excel, Word). Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an asset.
- You are able to collaborate and influence internal stakeholders.
- You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
- You are fluent in French and English (spoken and written).
