What are your contributions to the team?
• Oversee the Vice-President's schedule, including booking travel arrangements for him and his leadership team.
• Manage daily activities, prioritize incoming information, and schedule meetings.
• Assess the overall governance of the Quality function and recommend improvements.
• Schedule meetings and prepare necessary materials.
• Assist with projects related to the Quality function and create presentations as needed.
• Act as a liaison between the Quality Vice-President, senior management, and other organizations.
• Prepare and consolidate expense reports and other financial documents.
• Draft and format various documents, including correspondence, reports, and memos.
• Update and maintain organizational charts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English.
• Manage budget-related activities and participate in special projects, social events, and recognition activities.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
• You have a college degree in office technology or equivalent;
• You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;
• You have excellent communication skills both spoken and written in French and English;
• You have excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook;
• You must be a team player, known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment and organization skills;
• You have the ability to assess and manage business priorities in a dynamic and fast pace environment;
• You have experience in project management;
• You enjoy handling multiple continuous mandates and being the administrative resource for a manufacturing site
