What are your contributions to the team?

  • Manage agenda and book travel arrangements for the Vice-president and his leaders;
  • Coordinate daily activities and determine important matters regarding the incoming information and schedule meetings;
  • Review the governance and make recommendations to improve its effectiveness;
  • Schedule meetings and prepare necessary material;
  • Work on projects and prepare presentations as needed;
  • On behalf of the Vice-president and his leaders, you will communicate with senior management and other organizations;
  • Prepare and consolidate expense reports, other financial documents;
  • Prepare all types of documents, such as correspondence, reports, memos, etc., in the required styles and formats;
  • Update organizational charts;
  • Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Write internal and external correspondence in both French and English;
  • You will be responsible for activities related to the budget and all other special projects, social and recognition activities and you will participate in them.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You have a college degree in office technology, administration or equivalent;
  • You have a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience;
  • You have excellent communication skills both spoken and written in French and English;
  • You have excellent knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Outlook;
  • You must be a team player, known for your dynamism, strong interpersonal relations, judgment and organization skills;
  • You have the ability to assess and manage business priorities in a dynamic and fast pace environment;
  • You have experience in project management;
  • You have a strong sense of confidentiality
  • You like to have several continuous mandates.
