What are your contributions to the team?
The Financial Analyst, Engineering plays a key role in planning, controlling, and managing all budget activities within the Engineering and Product Development organization. Responsibilities include leading annual budget planning, quarterly reforecasting, monitoring actual spending, and conducting analysis to provide clear performance visibility. You will also contribute to the development and improvement of budget reporting tools and dashboards.
This position reports to the Governance, Strategy, and Budget Management team within Engineering and Product Development.
• In annual budget planning and quarterly reforecasts by analyzing, consolidating, and submitting engineering budget inputs aligned with allocated budget envelopes.
• Manage weekly and monthly budget tracking and reporting for clocking hours, headcount, ODC, and overhead expenses.
• Analyze spending trends and highlight budget risks, opportunities, and variances.
• Prepare and present monthly financial governance results to functional engineering leadership teams.
• Review and analyze monthly Finance team reports, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards to improve budget visibility and performance tracking.
• Support the development of budget tools and reports that streamline analysis and improve reporting efficiency.
How to thrive in this role?
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Autonomous, rigorous, organized, anParticipate d quality‑focused.
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel, intermediate PowerPoint, advanced Power BI, intermediate SQL, and proficiency with MS Office.
• Comfortable interacting with and presenting to all levels of management, including senior leadership.
• Effective team player with experience working in cross‑functional environments.
• Strong bilingual (oral and written) communication skills.
