What are your contributions to the team?
- Analyze and present the labor and overhead costs, providing relevant insights to improve performance monitoring.
- Participate various month-end close activities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support ad hoc requests, including internal and external audit requirements.
- Collaborate closely with our finance business partners to ensure alignment and financial visibility.
- Prepare financial analyses to support management decision-making and strategic planning.
- Participate in the budgeting process and the quarterly forecasting cycles.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of team processes.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a bachelor degree in accounting as well as a CPA designation or in the process of obtaining one
- You have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
- You have an excellent knowledge of Excel (knowledge of Power Bi would be an asset)
- You have a good ability for teamwork, you are rigorous and resourceful
- You have knowledge of SAP S4/HANA
- You have good communication skills in French and English
- You are creative and autonomous
