What are your contributions to the team?
• Analyze financial information for the Accounts Payable group
• Analyze documents entered in the various accounts and apply corrections when necessary
• Support and act as a liaison between various stakeholders to resolve invoice entry issues
• Act as an advisor by supporting our internal and external partners in their need for financial information
• Analyze, interpret, and present raw data into useful financial information for managers
• Analyze interfaces between different systems
• Prepare SAP extracts related to projects
• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations
• Prepare recurrent and non‑recurrent journal entries related to your tasks
How to thrive in this role?
• You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance.
• You hold an accounting title (CPA: CA, CMA, CGA) or in the process to obtain it.
• You have more than five (5) years of relevant experience.
• You are known to be curious and resourceful. You are a team player ready to support your colleagues.
• You can easily translate financial information for non-finance audiences.
• You possess high skills to use MS Office (mostly Excel). Knowledge of SAP and Power BI is an asset.
• You have good oral and written communications skills in English and French.
• You have Microsoft Office 365 skills.
