What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work within the Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Center of Expertise to coordinate and support key strategic projects within the organization. 
  • Lead and coordinate the corporate HSE management system / ISO 45001 & 14001 certification 
  • Lead and coordinate the audit program, compliance management and perform trend analysis 
  • Harmonize HSE standards and share best practices across all sites 
  • Manage a portfolio of multisite projects; work hand in hand with site HSE teams and Operations as well as with all internal partners and key stakeholders to ensure project success  
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert to address business risks, provide technical support and coaching. 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment or related field; 
  • You have a minimum of 8-10 years’ experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; 
  • You have knowledge & experience with ISO 45001 & 14001; 
  • You are dynamic and work well in a team. 
  • You are flexible in the face of changes in priorities and strategies that affect your project. 
  • You demonstrate organizational, communication and change management skills. 
  • You have the ability to think strategically, seek creative solutions, analyze and solve problems. 
  • You are autonomous, structured and able to coordinate the implementation of multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • You are bilingual English/French (spoken and written).
