What are your contributions to the team?

•    Deliver IT portfolio/projects/programs including strategy & delivery approach.
•    Ensure IT Portfolio budgets and forecasts are in line with organization objectives.
•    Support the IT PMO resource life cycle including resource management, onboarding, resource hiring, assignment & leveling.
•    Ensure IT Portfolio budgets data quality including reporting and PMO KPI.
•    Maintain required Supplier project delivery Governance in place.
•    Promote knowledge transfer and lessons learnt activities within the PMO and IT project teams to drive best practice.
•    Enforce best practices, knowledge transfer and lessons learned within IT community.
•    Manage a cross-functional team of IT Project managers and IT PMO resources.
•    Enforce IT PMO methodology, usage of standard tools and drive for continuous improvement.
•    Drive IT PMO efficiency and supporting projects activities such as Procurement and Finance.
•    Drive standard tools optimization for effective IT portfolio management within the framework of the organization.
•    Maintain standardized and relevant document templates into central repository for IT community.
 

How to thrive in this role?

•    You have experience in managing IT portfolio, IT projects, resources assignments and levelling (5+ years).
•    You have experience in delivering IT Projects through IT PMO using complete Project Lifecycle, preferably on an international basis.
•    You possess an excellent technical level with regards to Project Management tools & methodology (ideally with PMP/PMI).
•    You have experience for providing budget actuals and planning input to IS Stakeholders.
•    You understand project management frameworks and tools in the delivery of business objectives.
•    You have experience in Team management and the ability to motivate PMO resources and project teams. 
•    You have strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to an international dynamic working environment,
•    Business-fluent English (written and spoken is mandatory).
•    Experienced in resource planning against prioritized project portfolio and ability to work with IS stakeholders.
•    You have a Strong interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills.
•    You have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities.
•    You are motivated and able to work with minimal supervision and direction.
•    You are committed to quality and details, both written and numerical.
•    You have experience working into cross functional relationship to work with individuals not under their control.
