What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, programs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational priorities, and expected business outcomes.
- Establish and maintain portfolio governance, executive reporting, decision-making frameworks, and escalation processes.
- Drive program planning and execution by managing interdependencies, critical milestones, resource requirements, budgets, and delivery risks across multiple projects.
- Provide portfolio oversight by monitoring financial performance, capacity, funding, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, controls, reporting, and documentation requirements.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define roadmaps, priorities, investment strategies, and delivery approaches.
- Support portfolio planning, prioritization, and investment decisions through data-driven analysis, forecasting, and performance insights.
- Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of business and technology objectives.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPIs, financial reports, RAID logs, and governance materials that enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to resolve competing priorities, drive alignment, and accelerate critical decisions.
- Represent program and portfolio interests in senior leadership, steering committee, and governance forums, providing recommendations on initiative launch, continuation, reprioritization, or closure.
How to thrive in this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Bring 10+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, programs, or portfolios, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale initiatives successfully.
- Demonstrate strong program and portfolio management capabilities, including coordinating multiple projects, managing dependencies, and driving strategic outcomes.
- Experience managing transformation initiatives, enterprise applications, or technology modernization programs.
- Excel at planning and execution, consistently delivering initiatives on time, within budget, and in alignment with business and quality objectives.
- Apply expertise in financial, resource, risk, vendor, and change management across complex technology environments.
- Build trusted relationships with executives, business partners, vendors, and delivery teams through strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Leverage strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess impacts, prioritize competing demands, and make informed recommendations across portfolios.
- Operate effectively in large global organizations, leading cross-functional teams and collaborating across nearshore and offshore delivery models.
- Enhance your impact through relevant certifications (PMP, PgMP, SAFe, MoP)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, enabling effective collaboration across diverse teams and global stakeholders.
- Experience with enterprise technologies such as SAP, Cloud, BI/Data Warehousing, DevOps, Microsoft Project Online, and portfolio management tools.
