What are your contributions to the team?
- Manage plant engineering projects
- Take charge of improvement and industrialization projects
- Lead Kaizen workshops to implement solutions and involve teams
- Establish and have the layout approved
- Monitor the implementation plans
- Support 5S activities
- Analyze capacity and define equipment/tooling requirements
- Produce business case to support acquisitions
- Create and maintain equipment/tool inventory
- Map the process linked to the management of equipment and tools
How to thrive in this role?
- You hold a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/factory environment with experience in layout management and tools;
- You have great abilities to popularize and simplify tasks;
- You demonstrate organization, rigor, initiative and autonomy;
- You are a team worker;
- You demonstrate leadership, patience, perseverance and curiosity and enjoy taking on challenges;
- You master Excel, PowerPoint software, knowledge of AutoCad software an asset;
- You know the field of aeronautics;
- You communicate (oral and written) in French and English (an asset)
