What are your contributions to the team?

Define, implement, and continuously improve industrial engineering strategies to optimize operational performance;

Design and maintain precedence diagrams for assembly stations;
-
Balance workstations according to production rate variations and establish work instructions/standards;
-
Configure workstations and analyze material flows to efficiently adapt to changes in production rates;
-
Determine workforce requirements by trade and plan their allocation by shift;
-
Develop and monitor labor hour budgets based on aircraft configurations, while analyzing and explaining variances;
-
Define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency;
-
Initiate, propose, and lead projects, including facilitating Kaizen workshops, 5S initiatives, factory layout improvements, etc.;

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex issues and deploy sustainable solutions;
-
Prepare and deliver presentations to management, ensuring clear and structured communication of issues and results.
How to thrive in this role?
-
You hold a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, operations management, or an equivalent field;
-
You have relevant experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment;
-
You are proficient in industrial engineering concepts and tools (VSM, flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc.);

You demonstrate strong project management skills;

You are able to manage priorities effectively and overcome setbacks;

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (in both French and English);

You are recognized for a high level of initiative, autonomy, and innovative thinking;

You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project.
