Our Product Strategy and Governance team plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our business.  We focus on developing and executing product strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.  By working closely with various stakeholders, we drive business growth and ensure the highest level of quality and performance in our products and services.

During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Conduct strategic analyses to support the Business’ growth objectives, including revenue generation, margin enhancement, and cost optimization.
  • Support the team in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating business development agreements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Perform comparative analyses and benchmarking to evaluate our competitive position and identify areas for improvement.
  • Research, monitor, and consolidate data on key market drivers, industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver presentations to effectively communicate key insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Improve and automate team’s tools

 

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Practical experience in utilizing and analyzing industry-specific information to propose areas of growth, track performance metrics, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Essential soft skills, such as critical thinking, project management, communication, and collaboration, by actively participating in cross-functional initiatives and team meetings.
  • Insights into the aviation industry, including market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape, to contribute to the development of effective product strategies and governance frameworks.

What we are looking for:

  • You are an MBA student or bachelor's degree student with prior internship experience
  • You are familiar with product management principles and have a strong interest in strategic planning and business development.
  • You have knowledge of data analysis tools and possess the ability to extract valuable insights from complex datasets.
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • You are a proactive and motivated individual, eager to learn and contribute to the success of our team and organization.
  • You speak and write in French and English

  • Virtual or on site 

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
