What are your contributions to the team?

You’ll jump into meaningful work that supports both internal operations and customer experience. This internship includes responsibilities that align with activities such as supporting invoices, procurement flow, customer communication, and urgent material coordination.

  • Help align AP/AR invoices with vendors and procurement operations to keep records clean, accurate, and moving. 
  • Support a strong customer experience by helping provide timely updates to clients during urgent aircraft events. 
  • Build positive relationships with vendors and suppliers and help maintain awareness of commitments tied to service levels and customer satisfaction. 
  • Perform light material logistics tasks, including allocating parts to orders, supporting order follow-up, and helping update clients on deliveries and status. 
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals across procurement, supply chain, and logistics to support customers during urgent and critical aircraft events.

  • Communicate well and enjoy working with both customers and vendors
  • Want hands-on experience in procurement, logistics, and aviation support
  • Can manage details without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft 365 Office Suite, SAP, Quickbase or Zendesk (an asset)
  • An interest in procurement, invoice reconciliation, or logistics operations (an asset)
