What are your contributions to the team?
• Work with cross-functional teams, to develop and implement a world-class customer experience that will strengthen the Bombardier brand and improve market perception
• Support the strategic planning and budget for all branding initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with a cross-functional internal taskforce and with agency partners
• Project manage creative and advertising deadlines
• Assist in supplier communications for our brand magazine, facilitate internal approval process for content, support content creation ideation, and manage internal magazine distribution to our international locations
• Support in the revision process for branding & marketing content in our internal and external communications
• Support the team with day-to-day coordination and fulfillment of requests for visual assets, logos, photos, merchandise, and videos
• Under guidance, manage budgets and financial reporting on projects. Assisting with monthly financial accrual compilation and reporting process
• Improve and/or automate the team's tools and processes to increase quality and productivity
How to thrive in this role?
• You are currently completing or have recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, (or equivalent) in a recognized University;
• You have completed a minimum of 2 years of studies in this program (or 1 year for Master's);
• You work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time;
• You take the initiative to do things without it being asked;
• You have good computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint; You are familiar with ASANA
• You have a good level of written and speaking French and English;
• You are a good team worker and are highly reliable;
• You have a clear drive for results.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
