What are your contributions to the team?

The Customer Response Center (CRC) is seeking a motivated and analytical intern to work directly with the CRC Business Analyst in support of data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will assist in the development and maintenance of operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, and process improvement initiatives that help improve customer support performance and operational efficiency.

This internship provides hands-on experience working with business intelligence tools, data analytics, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance metrics and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining KPIs and executive reporting packages.
  • Validate data quality and resolve data discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Document business processes and reporting requirements.
  • Extract, review, and organize data from various sources.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting requirements are accurately captured.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation technologies to improve operational workflows.
  • Participate in meetings, project discussions, and process reviews.
  • Prepare presentations, documentation, and executive summaries as required.

  • You have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • You are currently enrolled in a Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or related field of study.
  • You have the ability to organize and analyze large data sets.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • You are self-motivated with attention to detail.
  • You have demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.

Preferred

  • Experience with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
  • Interest in data visualization and dashboard design.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and DAX.
