What are your contributions to the team?

Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:

  • prepare invoices;
  • compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies;
  • generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text;
  • update various governance databases and logs;
  • participate in various governance meetings;
  • support internal and external audits;
  • perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are available to work from June to December 2025 with a possibility to extend.
  • You can commit to working 40 hours per week from May to August 2025 and at least 20 hours per week from September to December 2025.
  • You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills).
  • You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members.
  • You are goal and detail oriented.
  • You possess good research & analytical skills.
  • You are creative and have good presentation skills.
  • You are adaptable and dependable.
  • You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Workshare is a plus.
  • All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purposes.
