What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead the Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
- Manage the internship subsidies process cycle
- Manage and process data on interns eligible for the different subsidy programs
- Communicate with schools and organizations for the different subsidy programs
- Manipulate excel master files for subsidies and taxation
- Improve and revise Quebec and Ontario internship taxation process
- Identify, analyze and recommend new subsidies opportunities
- Develop, document and deploy new subsidies processes
- Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in organizing academic events for the Bombardier interns (ie. Case competition)
- Lead the extension and continuation process for interns in Canada
- Learn to use SuccessFactors et PowerBI
How to thrive in this role?
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s in business administration or related fields (finance, accounting, human ressources etc.)
- You are familiar with Office 365 suite particularly with Excel.
- You have experience and/or interest in Power BI, Power Query and Power App.
- You have knowledge and/or interest in business process mapping, process optimization and taxation.
- You have knowledge and/or an interest for academic competitions
- You can work autonomously, you are analytical, detail oriented and have good problem-solving skills.
- You can maintain strict confidentiality when required
- You have good communication skills (written and verbal) in both official languages (English and French)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
