What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work with different internal groups to plan, organize and run system development tests.
  • Document the issues to allow a fast resolution including the analysis of electrical schematics and technical requirements as well as the interaction with the different systems suppliers.
  • Develop different tools to optimize certain internal process and engineering task.

 

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Develop applications and macros using the Microsoft office suite
  • Develop communications techniques with different Suppliers
  • Test complex systems and report observations
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings
  • Modify the test rig configuration in accordance with the required test plan.

 

How to thrive in this role?

  • You're currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical or software engineering
  • You've completed 2 years of studies or 60 credits
  • You have experience with electrical schematics, testing and troubleshooting
  • You have work experience with a programming language (MS Access, Visual Basic, MS Excel)
  • You can work with a minimum level of supervision and be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements
  • You enjoy teamwork and have project organization skills
  • You are autonomous, organized and have strong analytical skills
  • You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
  • You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material

  • Virtual or on site 

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
