What are your contributions to the team?

Smart Link Plus (SLP) is the centerpiece of Bombardier’s digital service strategy. It enables real-time troubleshooting by technical teams while the aircraft is in flight.

The Customer Engagement team plays a key role in:

  • presenting SLP to customers taking delivery of their aircraft
  • supporting Regional Service Managers in selling the Service Bulletin retrofit for in-service aircraft

During your internship, you will contribute to… 

  • Support customer presentations and on-boarding
  • Manage and update the Smart Link Plus customer relationship management application
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials
  • Respond to first-level customer support inquiries
  • Assist in producing the SLP webinar series (SLP Exchange Forum)
  • Take ownership of governance and reporting tasks
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Aircraft Health Monitoring System (AHMS) Engineering, Products & Services, Marketing, and Technical Services
