What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work with our team to help enhance our methods of communication & the overall customer experience
  • Plan and help the standardization of governance within our organization 
  • Assisting with customer requests

What you will learn:

  • Application/softwares such as Zendesk, SAP, Lotus Notes, PowerBI and more! 
  • Develop interpersonal skills and time management skills
  • Assist in freight management

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are familiar with formal & professional communication methods
  • You are enrolled in either college or university
  • You have knowledge in how to resolve a negative situation with a positive outcome
  • You have previous experience with dealing with customers or clients
  • You speak and write in English & French

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
