Our team: Projects, Service Bulletins, and Control Centre

In the large Customer Service – Technical Service team, we occupy a key position in the realization of short to long term projects. One of the main objectiveswhere you will be closely involved, is the development and improvement of processes.  

During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Support the definition activities around process creation or improvement within the Technical Services department. 

  • Use Microsoft Office 365 applications (MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Power Apps and Power BI) to adapt integrated tools to support business processes. 

  • Coordinate with process owners to establish goals and schedules. 

  • Facilitate data input activities in newly developed tools with various Technical Services focals 

What we are looking for:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications, particularly MS Visio, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Experience with MS Power Platform, VBA, SQL, and DAX is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a primarily remote English work environment.
  • You speak and write in English; French is an asset.  

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Application/softwarutilized in approval cycles. 

  • Learn and Develop Project management skills in an aviation environment.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
