What are your contributions to the team?

  • Participate in the process of recording the order in the Backlog
  • Analyze contractual documents
  • Participate to the creation of customer accounts
  • Prepare financial analyzes related to the contract
  • Record advances on the Balance Sheet
  • Record aircraft sales
  • Prepare balance sheet accounts reconciliations 
  • Prepare detailed analyzes of income statements
  • Apply cash inflows related to aircraft payments
  • Coordinate the process of returning funds and payments to certain suppliers
  • Prepare and analyze various management reports
  • Work jointly with the contracts team
  • Support the sales team in negotiations with customers
  • Check internal controls and ensure our compliance with the requirements of various auditors (EY, OSC, CASRA),
  • Various special mandates

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting and a CPA certification,
  • You have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel in particular) and knowledge of SAP is an asset,
  • You have excellent analytical skills, you enjoy teamwork and you demonstrate rigor, innovation, commitment and perseverance
  • You are able to work under pressure with short deadlines,
  • You are bilingual (English and French) both written and spoken.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
