What You’ll Contribute as an Intern

  • Support data extraction and analysis to produce reports on sales performance, financial trends, and program metrics such as cost-per-flight-hour; contribute to strategic and ad hoc projects as needed.
  • Help maintain and update program dashboards, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are tracked and met on time.
  • Assist senior team members in the preparation of governance materials, executive presentations, and project summaries for internal and external stakeholders, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Think-Cell, and PowerPoint.
  • Update and manage records related to customer proposals, governance pipelines, and proposal status using  Salesforce.
  • Participate in governance meetings, and document key takeaways to ensure program alignment.

How to Succeed in This Role

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in business, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working with data and proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar tools is an asset.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with strong time management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a professional, proactive, and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
  • Eager to learn, and contribute in supporting team goals.
  • An interest in the aerospace or maintenance industry is considered a strong asset.

 

 

This is a full-time internship position (40 hours per week) for the duration of the internship term.
