How You Will Contribute to the Team
- Support the development and execution of internal communications campaigns related to transformation and digital projects.
- Create compelling digital content (presentations, newsletters, videos, visuals, social posts) that make complex initiatives easy to understand.
- Assist in preparing executive-level presentations, updates, and storytelling for global audiences.
- Collaborate with team members to capture success stories, progress updates, and innovation highlights from across Operations.
- Manage and update communication channels (SharePoint, newsletters, internal collaboration tools).
- Research creative formats and best practices in digital transformation communications.
- Provide ad hoc support for events, workshops, and team activities (e.g., visuals, templates, agendas).
How to thrive in this role?
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- Strong storytelling and writing skills in English and French (Spanish an asset).
- Proficiency in digital content tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Interest in technology, innovation, and digital transformation.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and bring creativity to complex topics.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
