What are your contributions to the team?

  • Work in close collaboration with the Communication teams to define and execute communications plans and strategies;
  • Execute projects like intranet development, newsletter creation content creation for the TVs on-site, and emails creation;
  • Produce reports on analytics for emails, the newsletters and the intranet;
  • Create emails, speaking notes, Q & As, intranet pages and presentations to reach and engage our stakeholders;
  • Write compelling stories and announcements including articles for our internal magazine;
  • Realize different research projects for management and analyze data;
  • Contribute to employee's engagement events coordination and promotion;
  • Edit copy, help with special projects and coordinate translations.

 

What we are looking for?

  • Are enrolled in a Bachelor program with a Major in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Political Science or equivalent field of study;
  • Have strong communications skills in French and in English, both written and spoken;
  • Have a strong desire to learn and a can-do attitude;
  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated;
  • Are able to take direction and absorb information quickly;
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Suite Office and the Adobe Creative Suite. HTML knowledge or web design experience is an asset.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
